The Simmie MCP Server
Simmie is callable. Connect our MCP server to Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or your own agents, and sales roleplay, rubric scoring, and readiness checks become tools your AI stack can invoke on demand. No new tab for your team to ignore.

How It Works
MCP turns Simmie from a destination into a callable capability
The Model Context Protocol is an open standard that lets AI assistants and agents connect to external systems and invoke them directly. Think of it as a universal port: instead of building a one-off integration for every assistant, a platform exposes its capabilities once and any MCP-compatible client can call them.
Simmie ships as a production MCP server. That means roleplay generation, buyer personas, rubric scoring, readiness checks, and practice assignments are all available as tools your existing AI stack can invoke.
A rep or agent asks
Someone types "let me practice this renewal call" in Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot. Or your own agent decides a rep needs a drill before a meeting.
The client reads Simmie's tool list
On connect, Simmie advertises its callable tools and the arguments each one accepts. The client decides which tool fits the request. No custom glue code.
The tool is called with context
The client passes what it already knows: the deal, the buyer persona, the objective, the rubric. Nothing is re-entered by hand.
Results come back inline
Simmie runs the simulation or scoring and returns a structured result - scores, gaps, transcript links - to the surface that made the call.
The capability comes to the rep. The rep never goes looking for the capability.
Connect in Four Steps
Your workspace MCP endpoint and token are generated here:
https://www.simmie.co/#connect-mcpNeed a hand with setup, tokens, or scopes? Our support center has the full walkthrough, or email support [@] simmie.ai.
Good to know
- Included with Teams and Enterprise plans
- Tokens are workspace-scoped and revocable any time
- Nothing for reps to install
- 01
Open the connect screen
Sign in to your Simmie workspace and go to the Connect MCP panel.
- 02
Generate your server URL and token
Simmie issues a workspace-scoped MCP endpoint and access token. Both are shown once.
- 03
Paste into your MCP client
Add the endpoint and token to Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot Studio, or your own agent.
- 04
Call the tools
Your client discovers Simmie's tools automatically. Ask it to run a roleplay or score a call.
Callable Tools
What your agent can actually do with Simmie
These are the core capabilities Simmie exposes over MCP. Your client discovers the authoritative, up-to-date list automatically the moment it connects.
create_simulationTurn a playbook, script, or deal context into a runnable practice scenario.
source_document, persona, objectiverun_roleplayStart a live two-way voice or text roleplay against a matched buyer persona.
scenario_id, difficulty, rep_idscore_conversationGrade a practice session or uploaded call against your custom rubric.
session_id, rubric_idlist_personasSearch 1,300+ buyer personas by industry, role, and buying stage.
industry, role, stageget_readinessReturn a rep's current readiness record, scores, and open skill gaps.
rep_id, motionassign_practicePush a targeted drill to a rep or a whole team, with a due date.
rep_ids, scenario_id, due_dateget_session_transcriptRetrieve the transcript, recording link, and scorecard for any session.
session_idExample: what a rep types
> "I have a renewal call with a skeptical CFO in 20 minutes. Run me through it and tell me where I'm weak."
The assistant calls
list_personas({ role: "CFO", stage: "renewal" })
run_roleplay({ scenario_id, difficulty: "high" })
score_conversation({ session_id, rubric_id })The rep gets a scored practice call and specific coaching without opening a second tab.
Compatibility & Governance

Built for regulated teams
Opening a protocol does not mean opening your data. Access is scoped, logged, and revocable.
Workspace-scoped tokens
Every connection uses a token bound to your workspace. Revoke it any time without touching other integrations.
SOC 2 Type II
The same certified infrastructure and encryption that backs the core Simmie platform.
Full audit trail
Every tool call is logged with the caller, arguments, and result, so compliance can reconstruct any session.
Private deployment
Enterprise plans can run the MCP server against an Azure-hosted private LLM deployment.
