Your people do the practicing. Simmie does the roleplaying.

Not another generalist

Is Simmie an AI agent?
Kind of.

Think of your AI agent as the project lead. Simmie is the specialized contractor it brings in for sales roleplay.

Your agent understands the task, gathers context, and coordinates the next action. Simmie brings the specialist capability: realistic buyer conversations, your scoring standards, and practice matched to each person.

You do not need to replace your agent or build a roleplay engine from scratch. Let your agent delegate the simulation work to a platform built for it. Your agent coordinates. Simmie specializes. Your people improve through practice.

Explore the Simmie MCP integration

From context to conversation

One connected workflow.
A specialist at every practice call.

Use Model Context Protocol (MCP) to make sales simulation a capability of your existing AI assistant or internal agent. The coordination stays in your workflow. The live practice happens in Simmie.

  1. Bring the context.

Your agent supplies an approved scenario brief or speaker-labeled call transcript from the tools it can access. Identify the person and the skill to work on.

  2. Delegate to Simmie.

Create a simulation with a buyer, scenario, and rubric. Or score a supplied transcript against your default rubric to find specific coaching opportunities.

  3. Make practice personal.

Turn a scored call into a targeted simulation. On team accounts, Simmie assigns that recommended practice to the rep, not to a generic training queue.

  4. Let your people rehearse.

Reps open their practice links and talk with AI buyers. Your agent can coordinate reminders through its own tools while managers review progress in Simmie.

Scale the practice, not the sameness

A team-wide program.
A personal next step.

One rep needs better discovery. Another needs to hold the line on pricing. A third needs to ask for a commitment. AI sales roleplay at scale should address those differences, not hand everyone the same script.

One team. Different next steps.Illustrative example
  • Jordan
    Coaching focus

Moves to the pitch too early

    Recommended simulation

    Discovery with a guarded buyer

  • Alex
    Coaching focus

    Discounts before exploring value

    Recommended simulation

    Pricing pushback without discounting

  • Sam
    Coaching focus

    Ends without a clear commitment

    Recommended simulation

    Agreeing a specific next step

Different skill gaps, targeted assignments, a shared scoring standard. Example names and scenarios, not customer results.

With a scored call as the starting point, Simmie can recommend a simulation for the weak areas and assign it to that person. Repeat the process across your team, within your plan's usage and account permissions.

The specialist advantage

Realistic buyers.
Your definition of ready.

A convincing AI conversation is the starting point. Useful training also needs a clear definition of what good looks like. Simmie combines realistic roleplay with rubric customization and calibration.

Customize the rubric.
Define the behaviors that matter in your sales process: uncovering a business problem, handling an objection, or securing a concrete next step.
Calibrate the judgment.
Compare AI assessments with how your managers evaluate the same conversation. Refine the criteria so coaching reflects your standards, not a generic score.
Practice the difficult moment.
Give reps a buyer who pushes back and a focused opportunity to try again before the real conversation.

In the flow of work

Autonomous coaching.
Human-set standards.

An agent should reduce the coordination around coaching, not leave managers with more exercises to build. Connect an MCP-compatible assistant, such as Claude or ChatGPT, or your own internal agent, to Simmie's specialized tools.

Your agent provides the context and runs the process you configure. Simmie handles simulation creation, scoring, and targeted training. Together, they make practice part of how work gets done instead of another training calendar to manage.

See coaching in the flow of work

Your agent. Your team. Your questions.

Kind of. Simmie is a specialized AI sales roleplay and coaching platform that your AI agent can call through MCP. Your agent coordinates the work; Simmie creates realistic simulations, applies scoring rubrics, and builds targeted training. People complete the practice in Simmie. It complements your agent rather than replacing it.

A general chatbot can rehearse a conversation. Simmie adds a dedicated sales-practice environment, buyer personas, customizable rubrics, calibration against manager judgment, scoring, and targeted team assignments. The goal is not just a convincing conversation, but practice that follows your sales standards and gives each person a specific next step.

An MCP-compatible assistant or internal agent can call Simmie's tools to create simulations, configure the default scoring rubric, score supplied transcripts, and recommend training. Your existing systems provide the deal context or transcript. Simmie's current MCP tools do not retrieve CRM records, transcripts, or readiness reports, and live roleplay happens through a Simmie practice link, not inside the assistant.

Yes. After a supplied transcript is scored for the correct person, recommend_training uses that scored conversation to build practice for the weak areas. On team accounts, it assigns the practice to the rep. An authorized agent can coordinate this process across people instead of sending everyone the same exercise.

Yes. Define the skills and behaviors your sales process requires, then compare AI scoring with manager judgment and refine the criteria. Through MCP, an admin can adopt an existing rubric or create one from criteria as the organization's default for transcript scoring. Approve that change first because it replaces the shared default.

No. Managers set the standards and review the coaching approach. Your agent handles the configured coordination and follow-up. Build approval into the agent before changing the organization-wide default rubric or permanently saving transcript scores, and confirm the rep and learner speaker label before attribution. Automation follows your process; it does not replace manager judgment.

MCP access is included with Simmie Teams and Enterprise plans. Practice sessions use the same credits as sessions started in the app. Simulation creation, default-rubric setup, and transcript scoring require an admin on team accounts.
