Every plan includes simulations, call recording analysis, AI coaching, customized voice-enabled AI personas across industries, real-time call scoring with rubric-driven feedback, performance tracking over time, and the ability to practice scenarios across 115+ countries and markets. Pro and Team plans also include the Simmie Builder Assistant. Team plans add team management, team analytics, a shared minutes pool, and shared simulations and personalities across your team.

Simmie uses a platform fee plus usage-based credits. Your monthly plan includes a base allotment of credits for simulations, call recording analysis, and AI coaching sessions. If you need more, you can purchase credit packs at a discount or add credits à la carte. Reviewing your scores and using the Simmie Builder Assistant are always free — you only use credits when you're actively practicing, analyzing recordings, or running coaching sessions. Annual plans save 17%.

Credits are the universal unit for all AI-powered features on Simmie. One credit equals one minute of live simulation practice. 0.6 credits covers one minute of recorded call analysis. Three credits cover one AI coaching session. Your plan includes a monthly credit allotment, and you can purchase additional credit packs at volume discounts anytime. Unused credits roll over each month as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel your subscription, you will lose all credits except those purchased from credit packs. Credit Packs never expire and will be available if you renew your subscription.

The Simmie Builder Assistant turns your sales scripts, playbooks, and call recordings into realistic practice simulations automatically. Paste your content, and Simmie builds an interactive scenario complete with a persona, scoring rubric, and adaptive conversation flow. You can also upload recorded calls and the platform will generate new simulations from the transcript. The Simmie Builder Assistant is available on Pro and Team plans.

AI Coaching is an autonomous coaching layer included in every plan. After each simulation, it analyzes your performance, identifies skill gaps, and delivers targeted coaching through interactive chat — things like post-sim debriefs, skill gap analysis, and personalized drill plans. It's coaching that runs without the coach.

Yes. Team plans include multiple seats with individual logins, a shared credit pool, and team management tools. Managers get a dedicated dashboard showing team-wide analytics, individual progress, and where each rep needs work. Simulations and personalities are shared across the team — build once, everyone practices. AI Coaching runs for every team member automatically.

Just a computer or mobile device with a browser and a microphone. Simmie runs entirely in your browser — there's nothing to download or install. A headset is recommended for the best voice simulation experience, but your device's built-in microphone works fine.

Simmie is SOC 2 Type II certified and built on Microsoft Azure. Your call recordings, simulations, and performance data are never shared. You can cancel anytime from your account settings — no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period. Any unused credit pack balances remain available if you resubscribe.
